Mr. Jeremias has 14 years of investment banking experience at some of Canada’s leading investment banks focused on small to mid cap innovation oriented growth companies including 10 years as a Partner or Managing Director. Mr. Jeremias has advised many such companies on corporate finance initiatives and mergers and acquisitions. He has led and been involved in numerous equity financings for private and public innovation oriented growth companies.
In addition, most recently Mr. Jeremias was EVP, Corporate Development for a TSX Venture listed company where his responsibilities included corporate strategy, capital markets/corporate finance, investor relations, general corporate development and being spokesman for the Company.
Mr. Jeremias also has a legal background having practiced corporate/commercial law for more than two years. Mr. Jeremias serves on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Technion Society and has served on the Boards of other organizations including JazzFM91.
Mr. Jeremias has a MSc. (Finance) from London Business School, an LL.B from the University of Toronto and a B.A. (Economics) from the University of Western Ontario.
